issue of J : How can a bankruptcy trustee take my income tax 2009
I applied for bankruptcy in August 2009, just before the court in October 2009, and the trustee told me that if we pay our taxes in January to see if we can present. How can it take and what is exempt Best Answer (ieearned income, the tax credit for children):

Basically, the Trustee may, on the total amount of what you tax refund for the year ahead in 2009, taking your creditors to distribution. Sorry.
